Reserved a simple but comfortable room on the 2nd (top floor). Enjoyed the nice pool and easy private access over dunes to beach. Outside showers. Good breakfast delivered to room. Bus stop right outside to go downtown and avoid big parking fee. Friendly staff.

Perfect stay

Great little gem of a hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good water, pressure.. she did pool is a nice touch as well as breakfast service. We really enjoyed our visit. The grounds are well kept and plenty of parking available. 15 min to Downtown saint Augustin and The beach is just Steps Away

Easy walk to St. Augustine Beach

Great location with private walkway to the beach. Easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. Loved that breakfast was delivered to our room (limited breakfast choices, but they were fine with us). I could hear the people next door talking at times, but it didn’t keep me awake. We walked next door and played mini golf, fun course. We enjoyed our stay there.

No Thanks not again

No heat whatsoever, it was cold and very uncomfortable. Needed blankets at least. Charged an extra Spa Fee $25 for booking through 3rd party (Hotels.com) never had that before. No Spa and pool was closed.

We had a balcony room that was fantastic view of the lush gardens , dunes and ocean. Private walkway to the beach was nice. Room was spacious and clean with breakfast delivered at your picked time . Sunrise was beautiful. Staff very friendly. Pool area nice. Walked to restaurants . Definitely will come back!!!
