We had a problem purchasing trolley tickets at the registration desk the day we checked in. The receptionist mistakenly charged 2 day tickets when I only wanted a one day ticket on the trolley. She apologized and assured me I would receive a refund. Also the front desk receptionist was not very friendly at check out. The breakfast served was very good and cleaning staff were all very accommodating.

Paying for parking is an issue.

It was a really nice place. The only thing I didn’t agree with is on top off paying the nightly amount to stay there they are charging $20.00 a day for parking. I have never paid to park where I was staying. That will be the only thing that will keep me from going back there again.

Nice comfortable hotel

First time here and we enjoyed the hotel. It was a bit of a walk to downtown area but definitely do able. There is a trolly stop not far so that helped. Would stay again. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
