Good stay and St. Augustine Beach

Good experience, staff was really friendly and the room was tidy and clean! Cold weather so didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice as well! Good value for money!

They said that they would clean everyother day but we were there from Saturday till Thursday and they never cleaned the room. They had enough staff to clean only the rooms that were being vacated for next guest. We were not the only guests who complained of this issue.

I did not like this hotel. They don’t even offer you water in the room at least a couple of bottles would be great. Breakfast has an additional charge. Cleaning of the room did not happen we had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels and toilet paper. Bathroom is not very convenient. I prefer Marriott or Hyatt but due to the holidays this was the only one we found

Poor Service and Unauthorized Charges

I had a disappointing stay at Hilton. Customer service was poor – no one answered the phone when I needed assistance. The bathroom lacked basic essentials like shampoo and body wash. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card extra without any notice or authorization. Definitely not the experience I expected.
