The only complaint I had about the property was we enjoyed going out side and sitting to enjoy the evening. There were no smoking signs posted on all the posts, but you could tell by the lingering order on the furniture that people smoked there. But while we were sitting there twice employees came out to the far end and were smoking I finally had to ask one of them to smoke somewhere else. So I’m sure it’s been happening for a long time and if they wanna smoke, that’s fine just don’t do it when your clients are around.

Great Location for quiet weekend, so so hotel

This hotel is a mid-range hotel with few amenities. It is dated, tired and in need of an update. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, the smell of weed (not thought legal in FL) impacted our balcony time significantly and there is little to do in the immediate area so a stay of longer than a day or two is one you should take only if you are looking to relax and do little. Nearby town/St Aug is lovely and worth a day. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, kind and courteous making up for some of the other "lesser" attributes. Breakfast was included and had enough options to satisfy...and the entrees were almost warm!

Never again!!!

At check-in, Hispanic lady had an attitude immediately. Told us our room wasn't ready, after driving around and back checked back in told her we had a E.M.S Dog- as I was getting her tag our of my purse she immediately said "you're still going to have pay $100.00 fee because it's not considered a service dog". We just paid the fee. Beds were very uncomfortable! We have stayed in this hotel before, but never experienced this rudeness. NEVER again! Room just had a nasty smell.

The Hotel was mediocre. My family and I have stayed in other Hamptons inn and never had a problem. This time i wasn't happy. Upon arrival, we had to wait for our room. I did ask if we can upgrade and have a balcony but was told no. We were willing to pay for it. Front desk advise they don't have any rooms available but the hotel was practically empty. The only staff that was nice to us was the cleaning staff and when we checked out. Other than that Hamptons needs to do better. The location is perfect because it's right by the beach.

Beautiful location, rooms are nice and beds are comfy. Bathrooms badly need updating. The shower curtain and bowed curtain rod are ridiculous and cause water to get everywhere. Neither of our rooms had hot water. Staff helpful. Breakfast not bad.
