I thought that the mandatory $40 a day valet parking was a bit excessive considering we were charged a resort fee on top of what Expedia charged. However it was a nice property, and the people were very friendly.

Our bathroom had a significant amount of mold. Front desk staff were rude teenagers that acted annoyed that my checking in interrupted their conversation. The mandatory valet was the worst valet I’ve ever dealt with. I choose this location specifically to avoid these type of issues that you’d expect at a Motel 6. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Air conditioning in rooms goes off and on and are extremely loud. Walls between rooms are thin and you can hear other guests. Rooms seemed like they need an upgrade. Drinks were overpriced and bartenders by the pool weren’t very friendly.

Great location. Beautiful property. Beds were uncomfortable. Patio furniture didn’t encourage you to hang out on your balcony. But we tally loved it overall!

Overall very good. Staff was excellent. Breakfast terrific. Pool and beach facilities first rate. Rooms were good, but the noise of chairs moving across bare floors was very annoying. Bathtub fixtures had severe rust stains and should be replaced. Bathtubs exceedingly slippery; very serious risk of falling.

Beautiful hotel but not worth the price because of dirty toilet and floors. I was hoping for a better experience. I was a housekeeper for 10 years cleaning rental lake houses and not ever did I get a bad review. My husband and son were wearing white socks and the bottom turned dark grey after taking a few steps into the room. The bottom of the toilet was black and there was dirt and hair behind the bathroom vanity. When you pay over $500 per night, you expect clean floors and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was very delicious and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful!

Location and Beach are good. Beds are good, shower is poor Rooms are ok, a bit worn and dated. Breakfast is very low class, so is happy hour. Dining options very limited and expensive. Valet Parking is ridiculous and alarming. Lobby design is stupid.

Lovely calm feel when walk in, lovely outside area with beach views and access. Hotel room was lovely , wish I had one that looked to beach, maybe next time. Breakfast great choice, and a chef makes fresh omlettes. Can’t wait to go back.

The resort is beautiful. Beach chairs included in your resort fee and a lovely breakfast and cocktail reception each evening. However you HAVE to valet at $40/night which is ridiculous for FL and you are not given a choice. From what I understand, parking keeps going up. With what we paid per night this should be free!
