It had badly stained towels, chunks and rust came out of the bathtub faucet. No decaf coffee in the lobby, and was charged for parking after paying a lot of money for a so-so room. I felt cheated and was never told out paying to park. I will not use that chain again, I feel ripped off!

The front desk person that was there Friday, Saturday and Sunday was excellent. I did have a few hiccups. 1: the two creamers that were in the coffee area were spoiled, I was disgusted when I opened the first one and the second one was also spoiled. 2: I did not want room service on Saturday but I did request it for Sunday. I was disappointed when I returned that night to find that the dirty towels had been taken away but were not replaced with clean ones. Good thing there was one bath towel and one washcloth under the cabinet. The bar area was great. The gentleman that was tending to the breakfast area on Sunday morning was very good and attentive. I can say the food was good and I enjoyed my breakfast. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is a nice, quiet, clean hotel that is a very short walk to all of the attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. There is also a trolley if you prefer or want to utilize the hop on/off paid for service to see all attractions. There was plenty of parking, a nice lounge/bar area and the staff was very pleasant. We ordered food once and it was very good. We were very pleased with our stay here.

We were all kicked out of the hotel because the hurricane was coming. We all evacuated to this hotel for safety. It was a nightmare.
