Wonderful Experience

The room was very clean. The people at the front desk couldn’t be nicer especially Dante who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He listened to us and what we needed for our vacation and offered suggestion that were perfect. He remembered our names and greeted us by name each and every time we saw him. It was a wonderful vacation because of choosing this hotel and the wonderful service we received!

Overcharge issue

The stay was good but the hotel overcharged me $170. I spoke to the manager when I noticed the overcharge in my credit card and he said he was going to refund the money immediately but he didn’t. So I had to back the next morning and he wasn’t there. The front desk guy called him and let him know of the issue. He arrived a couple of hours later and processed the refund.

Front desk crew was very polite and welcoming. The breakfast is your typical "free" hotel breakfast. The property was clean and met our needs. They charge $10 per night for parking, which is absolutely! This is a greedy money-grab! The parking lot is large and spacious and there are plenty of spaces. Additionally, no one is valeting your car for you!

The staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have the pool heated. Breakfast was just ok, ran out of things as were very busy and staff could not keep up. Did not like that you have to pay for parking.

Nice, clean room. But, the shower head had a weak stream. Also, we did not like the fact that they charge for parking. Should not be penalized for driving to stay at the hotel.

The Comfort Suits was a great place to stay. If you are used to having your room cleaned every day this is not the hotel for you. Although, if you need a maid to clean your room they will do it upon request. The breakfast was very good, service was accommodating, and the location wasn't to far from downtown. I would stay here again.
