The lobby staff was very nice and efficient. The bed was not comfortable and the AC was lacking a little bit. We were only there for 1 night and did not spend much time in the room at all but to sleep so I can’t really complain. I’d stay again on a short trip.

Excellent staff at this Comfort Suites. Devante at the front desk was super helpful in describing how best to see all of St Augustine. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was fabulous the rooms and the entire hotel were very clean! The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of food! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone to have a wonderful stay!!

The service at the hotel overall was great! The breakfast doesnt have a great variety, but the staff was really good and tried to fulfill the demands of the guests. The pool and room was were excellent. My only complaint is that i did not have any drawers to put away my clothes for the duration of my trip. This was my second stay at this hotel and this will be where I stay with my family moving forward. I love Comfort Suites!

If you have any kind of respiratory issues this is not your place to stay they are doing renovations and the paint fumes was so strong in our room in made me sick inflamed my sinuses!!! I called done to the front desk when I woke up sick and asked if we could have another room where the guy working that night lied and said the hotel was just recently built like a year ago and they all would smell like that well anyone with the right mind knows that was a straight up lie and then in the morning when my husband was telling the new guy on duty about it said that wasn’t the truth because some of the rooms was freshly painted but not all of them!!! Had to cut vacation short because I got sick!!
