This property appears to be brand new and the rooms are immaculate. The location is not really Old Town St Augustine (3-4 miles north), but this is a great value for the price. My only quibble is the surprise $10 per day parking charge.

They need to do something about the doors because all the doors are slamming and they don’t have a control of having noise discipline doors understand it’s in a building, but they need to work on that slamming of the freaking doors. I had a hard time trying to sleep because every door slams

The room was minimally clean. The temperature wouldn’t change. The mini fridge was making an ultrasound type of noise so we had to unplug it. But the absolute worst part of the day was the smell from the water. It was foul. We didn’t shower. We used water to brush our teeth, and you pretty much had to hold your breathe after flushing to wash your hands and leave the bathroom. I get that the water isn’t the problem of the hotel, but this was my experience and I’m sharing that.

This is a very clean and quiet hotel. However, charging parking fees for this hotel that is not within walking distance to anything, was a little much. I'd rather spend extra money on a hotel that is within walking distance to the historic area. I understand that it is their policy, but there could be exceptions, especially when the parking lot is clearly half empty.
