Comfort suites Saint Augustine
I enjoyed staying at the hotel. the staff was very polite, and helpful. They were quick to assist you with ways to explore the area! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and best of all the shower flow was strong and water remained hot throughout! Silly but hard to find these days. The room looked newly renovated and could easily accommodate five.

I have been in a lot of hotels like ritz , jw Marriott, Waldorf Astoria etc. but none of them are even close to being clean like this one, WOW. The staff can’t be more polite and friendly. They will go extra mile to make sure you’re served to your expectations. I had to book this one like a last minute thing while everything else was sold out. Thanksgiving weekend. Very impressed with the breakfast there as well, everything tastes fresh and super clean area. Wonderful job to the management and the staff.

The property was clean, breakfast was ok. On checkout they charged me $20 por parking, even though I didn’t have a car as I came with a friend in their car. They got charged for parking as well. I talked to the person at the front desk, and he didn’t want to take the charge off. Even when I explained that I didn’t come with a car. The lady next to him was going to help me, but he refused. It’s unbelievable that they charge you for something you didn’t use.

Great location to Festival of Lights. And they have shuttle bus to take you , very convenient. Great staff. - Bed was not very comfortable, breakfast was just ok and I didn’t expect to be charged 10$ for parking.
