St Augustine

It was a nice property, was a little hesitant as the surroundings weren’t as nice. It was close enough to the downtown area, about a 10 minute drive. Staff was lovely, rooms very clean. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles. Coffee was just ok. Great value. Only surprise was a 10.00 parking fee when we arrived. Seemed silly to me.

Beware! If you are looking to be in the historical area where all the action is… THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! We booked this place thinking we were staying in the downtown historic area as the hotel advertised they were. But it’s a good 5 to 7 Min drive to there from this hotel! We tried canceling once we found this out but hotel would not budge on helping us ! Not even for one night! I will say the room was clean but the bed was like sleeping on a board.

Nice, clean stay. Newer hotel. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast and automatic coffee maker which means coffee on demand any time. Terrible Internet issues. Also difficult to get 5g on phones in room. If you are planning to work while here better stay somewhere else.

Ended up in St. Augustine lasr minute wirh the family. Booked this hotel and so glad that we did. The entire staff that we came into contact with was very helpful and went above and beyond. The room was super spacious , clean, had a microwave and fridge in the room which was great for warming up leftovers and storing our food. My mom and granddaughter loved the room, and it was the perfect size for us. We were able to enjoy being in the room without being on top of each other. The location was convenient allowing us to enjoy all of beautiful St. Augustine. Definitely recommend.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was great and lady on duty was super personable. Only complaint would be the room was not ready because we had to go down to request bedding for the pull out couch. We did have it down there 3 of us staying there when it was booked so the hotel should have had it prepared to accommodate us.
