Nice stop heading home

Property is in the process of rebranding to a Hilton property. Lots of construction and upgrades to property. Restaurant and workout area not available. Room was comfortable and stylish. Bathroom with walk in shower was premier. Nice stop on.way back to home.

Some Issues

The hotel was nice and looks like it will be beautiful after renovations, but we did have a couple issues. There were a couple of problems with our room; the water pressure was non-existent (think camper shower), and the sink in the bathroom was clogged on our first night. When maintenance fixed the sink during the second day of our two day stay, they broke the pipe below the sink and just left it broken so that whenever you used the sink the water immediately fell out onto the bathroom floor. We were not able to use the sink for the remainder of our stay. My husband informed the staff of the issue but they did not offer any remedy to the issue. All in all, the stay was okay but definitely not 'resort' quality.

Good location to walk to the beach

Stayed for one night. It was under construction which wasn’t a huge deal. Bed was comfortable. The back and side doors didn’t function. Some finishes weren’t done and some light fixtures didn’t work. And the shower pressure was low but otherwise it was fine. The staff was nice.

The desk staff was friendly, but we were told we had to pay a parking fee, which was not mentioned at all before. Upon arriving at the hotel later in the evening after dinner, we had to park in the side parking lot and found that our room keys would not open either of the side doors🙄 so we had to walk way around to the front entrance. When we mentioned this to the front desk staff (the same person who had checked us in earlier), she just replied, “I know. Sorry.” She could (and should) have told us this at check-in. We realize the hotel is under construction, and the upgrades to the rooms (at least ours) are very nice (though the vanity light does not work), but we believe there could have been better communication.

The Hotel was under construction, they rented me a room that was incomplete. The bathroom didn’t have a light fixture, the tv did not work, the shower stall did not have any kind of shelf to set your soap and shampoo on. There wasn’t a stand to set my suitcase on. The bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling. The lobby was draped in plastic and the restaurant was under construction. The parking lot was full of construction materials. The staff at the desk told me they could do nothing, I had to talk to the manager who came in at noon. They would not give me a refunf. I stayed the first night because I arrived at 11:00 pm and just wanted to go to sleep. I asked for a refund for my remaining three days. I was told no. I don’t recommend anyone stay at this hotel. PS during the day there was constant noise from the construction. All and all it was terrible stay.

The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back!

Great places to stay!

Very nice place to stay…was going through construction and renovations which was easy to over look. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Quiet place with many great places to eat within walking distance…only complaint was that there were not a whole lot of places to park. Yes construction was probably part of it but if that place is full expect some parking issues. Great place to stay 10/10

Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, the staff was excellent. Just a few little things really needed attention. There was no soap dish or shampoo holder in the shower. The shower door didn’t close securely when in use. The only bathroom light was a lamp. There was a switch but no lights. The refrigerator door didn’t close completely. The mattress was very good though.
