Terrible construction going on around the property making it difficult and inconvenient navigate to the property. There’s also a new hotel under construction literally 100 feet from the hotel making for reduced parking and noise. The building needs a freshening up especially around and in the elevators, which by the way need to be replaced or at minimum serviced. Staff was very good and breakfast is average.

It’s a nice hotel. The carpet in the the hallway is dirty, but I wouldn’t walk in socks or barefooted in any hotel anyway. The staff get their job done. BW Plus hotels are better than the regular BW. We would stay at this hotel again if we needed to in the future.

Was pretty good overall. Had a small issue with the door lock for the room so we got moved to another location. That location had a faulty ac so we were moved again. Breakfast was great. It was noisy outside due to there being construction next door, but its not their fault. Noticed several floors were hot at times. Elevator felt like a sauna and had expired inspection reports. I think this hotel has been here for a while. Things look kinda old and worn but overall still a decent stay

Tiny black bugs and roach!
The room, on the surface, appeared cleaned. After an hour we started to see tiny black bugs throughout thr room and bathroom and to top it off there was a roach on a wall. We checked out in a hurry. Also, the elevator was dirty, in need of a thorough scrubbing, floor and walls. Ketchup was splattered on the wall and floor. Finally, the TV was difficult to maneuver. The receptionist was apologetic and helpful. We will not stay at Best Western again.

This hotel was not right for me and my family.
My family and I just chose this hotel because we were otw back home from a long road trip and it was located just off I95. This is not the type of hotel that is meant for more than one night. I've been using hotels.com for over 15 years and the ratings on this hotel are all wrong. The staff was kind. The entire hotel is surrounded by construction. The lobby smells like a nursing home and I can say that because I am a fire fighter and have been in and out of nursing homes my entire career. This is a last option hotel. I would not stay here ever again even if it was free. Our room door gives a bit. Its not a complete locked in type feeling so I had to baracade the door with a table and sofa chair. I am not a complainer but this hotel is only designated for people who really don't gives a "crap" on where they are staying. My security and comfort are worth more than that!
