We loved our stay at this inn. The staff was very helpful to us and our room was just right for what we needed. You can’t beat the location. I found the bed to be really comfortable too, as sometimes they can be hit/miss at inns. We would definitely stay here again!

My Boyfriend and I visit every year around December just to see the lights. This Bed and Breakfast is right in the center of the historic district and has such a warm cosy vibe to it. It was very quiet at night and beds were comfortable. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Definitely will be back to visit :)

The place was very nice. The location is in a prime spot because everything is walking distance. I just didnt like the parking arrangement. But everything was fantastic.

The room was great. Hope our next stay they might get a new mattress for our room. Besides that me and the wife will definitely be returning new mattress or not. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal.

Ryan was so pleasant upon our early checkin and made an immediate great recommendation to have lunch at the Floridian given the light rain. We loved sitting on the front deck later in the evening after dinner and walking around to see the Christmas lights. There is also a back deck for all guests to use. Rhis is an old house but lovingly cared for and in a great location to see all of the historic sites in St. Augustine. Also on a quiet street.

The Inn has a coffee station in the common area which was great. Breakfast options were very good. The room was clean. The shower in our room needs to be updated. We saw that the other rooms had nicer tub/shower combos.

Nice play in the heart of main historic area, quiet even thou its almost in the middle of all the places and restaurants you want to walk to. Our room was a bit small, but place is cute and you feel in the middle of history. Owner and staff super nice people.

Great location and quaint old house
Very quaint house with great location to walk the historic area. Parking is off site, but not far walk. Our room had an interesting jacuzzi bath/shower that you had to get in to turn on that may be a challenge to some. Ryan was very the best.
