When I called to verify the address, the front desk clean was very short and sounded as if I was bothering him. The hall smelled like old carpet. The curved shower rod was not connected to the wall correctly and the shower curtain kept opening while showering.

This property is well located around DC. We were traveling to Luray so this was convenient. Check in was easy , all staff members are very helpful, cheerful and polite. Breakfast was good. However I feel whole building and rooms are bit worn out. I had booked 2 rooms and AC ducts in one of room were horribly dirty. I realized it on second day and took a pic and showed it at front desk. She said it will be cleaned up. However I checked out in next hour so I hope it’s done. Overall it’s an Ok place for short stay. Has lot of food options around.

Elevator didn’t work not able to reach the front desk to report this .Staff was not very responsive when we told them about the elevator not working properly.Sidewalks outside were very dangerous! Both me and my wife tripped on them and stubbed our toe.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It is clean, the Wifi worked seamlessly for my work calls, and the staff I interacted with were all friendly and helpful. I have added it to my list of the hotels to use when I'm on work trips in DC

The price was good for a few days visit with family. Had our elderly mother stay in a handicapped accessible room in adjoining suite. Would recommend that the tub be eliminated and just offer all Handicapped rooms with showers. When I booked our rooms, I didn't know that there were two different options for bath. Also, the bars in the tub were great, although the tub needed a mat for safety. The beds and room were comfortable.
