Great Stay!

Stayed here for a lacrosse tournament weekend. Great hotel and walkable to the field as well as many restaurants in Springfield. Would stay here again!

The facility is nice and clean and the staff is excellent. Not the establishments fault but Thursday night was very noisy. Had someone with kids in the room above me and they stomped for two hours straight. Staff relocated me to the 4th floor, everything was great until a Frat Party entered the room next to me around 10:00pm.

Colorful, cozy gem in downtown Springfield

Enjoyed my quick overnight stay at Tru by Hilton. I was resting overnight on a road trip and I really loved the convenience of checking in and out through the app as well as using my digital key to get into my room. The tea and coffee are out 24/7 so I picked up some tea on the way to my room. My room was clean and neat. Everything was in excellent condition and I loved the toiletries as well as rolling desk and tv options. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but did enjoy coffee and tea on my way out. I can’t WAIT to visit other Tru locations.

Great location, poor noice control

Super friendly service in the most perfect location to downtown, we were excited for the level we are used to with Hilton. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel! Only complaint, and it was notable, was the walls were crazy thin. I could make out the entire conversation of our neighbors, and they weren’t being loud!!!

Our room was dirty. Hair ALL over the room. In the shower. Whiskers on the counter in the bathroom. Beside the bed. There was also popcorn all over the floor. Could hear the elevator all night. Could hear dogs barking. Could hear people rolling carts outside our window at 1230am. And the beds are ROCK HARD. Breakfast was ok. The lobby is really nice. We won't return. No way was that worth 200 a night
