Great respite from the day, the drive. Great to order dinner through delivery - relax, swim for hours and settle into bed - staff were so friendly and helpful! We took advantage of every moment! The only thing I misses was accessible coffee later in the morning, but Dunkin’s is right next door! Like all hotels, upkeep is important so keep that up and we will return again and again!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was very accommodating clean and had a lot of added amenities, pool, laundry, gym all for a decent price. As well as pet friendly! Which is very important and convenient for me. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The ambience when I walked in was welcoming and peaceful. Would definitely stay again, I had to leave early but they did offer a free breakfast too all included a very nice visit

Property is ok. Breakfast was excellent and staff handling it were great. Pool was meh. Poor lighting in the pool area. Kids were excited for game room/arcade but hotel has no atm or coin machine as the games take quarters. Hotel did its job but I would not stay there again

Somewhat understaffed but even so they were remarkable and sweet and very helpful. Those working were patient and kind to help us. The pool area is a bit meh considering there isnt much supervision and it says no doving but thwre was several groups of kids divong making it harder for those of us with toddlers. Having an autistic child it qas scary because the kids were jumping and bumping into us. The breakfast was good the little store they have was great the bar was nice too.

Pros: Parking was pretty good. Breakfast not to shabby, and the beds gave a good night’s sleep. The washer & dryer in the game room were also very helpful. Most nights the food truck out back was open and Dunkin was open during the day out front. All & all a pleasant stay, very convenient. Cons: Not all staff members was friendly, but Goerge was a super star! Hire more people like Goerge!! And Please Shoke the pool daily, please. Respectfully

Housekeeping did not clean room unless it was requested. You have to call office in order to have beds made up and empty trash. Shower was lukewarm water, sometimes cold, but mostly lukewarm. Housekeeping would not give any towels or wash clothes, had to go to office every couple of days. My stay was five days for two people. We had two towels and two wash clothes. Hotel also has a smell throughout entire building.

Not worth it!! False advertising
Advertised as 2 queen beds for 4 people. The beds weren't queen size but the front desk clerk argued with us telling us that "people always say that but they are queens" and was very rude to us. The bath towels were a little larger than hand towels and the bath curtain was installed incorrectly causing water to leak and resulted in wasting 1 out of 3 towels to sop it up. 4 person family with 2 full beds and 2 oversized hand towels

Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was large but clearly dated and in a bit of rough shape. Room was clean though and did not smell. The floor we stayed on had many other guests - some who were very loud and rude. Multiple rooms on the floor seemed to know each other and their doors were wide open and they were yelling down the hall at each other til almost midnight. Breakfast was nice - enough selection for our 3 night stay so we didn't eat the exact same thing al 3 mornings. Would stay again.
