Well after pulling the covers back and seeing the sheets that were yellow stained condition, we felt we should have stayed somewhere else…you need to do better. I think Motel 6 is better than this.

Checked into our room with our dog, second floor. Bed overlay was dirty with stains. Bathroom floor had many loose floor tile in front of sink — safety hazard — and grout mess as though someone attempted to fix. Room is heavily used and all furniture and linens look too worn. Sofa was dirty and sunken and bed appeared same. I had to clean off the desk it was so dirty I finally decided it just wasn’t right. I’m paying the same price as everyone else. Are they putting me in this crappy room because I have a dog (a very sweet, well behaved one)? I requested that we be moved. The 3rd floor room is clean with perfect floors and no stains. It’s a shame. Desk clerk gave some weird reasons why our room wasn’t clean and had stains — perhaps she could use some training

The couch had a lot of stains on it. The top bedding was stained and the staff told me it’s just the top covering. I asked for another room. Which I got but the cushions covers on that couch in that room was torn.

Very Nice and clean Hotel I enjoyed my stay my kids got to take advantage of the amenities like swimming & breakfast. I mostly relaxed in the comfy bed.

This hotel was deceiving. The photos made it appear to be updated and pretty, but the bathroom had lifting floor tiles, water damage on the ceiling, the bedroom was not the cleanest, “breakfast” was not what I would call a breakfast at all as it only had some cereal, muffins, hardboiled eggs that were in a bowl in the fridge together. (exposed egg, no shell) wasn’t a hotel I’d stay in again.

The elevator wasn't working properly. If the last to get off the elevator wouldn't send the elevator back down,then you'd have to carry your belongings up the stairs. Some of the seating in dining had been removed and the chairs in the lobby as well, so there wasn't a place to sict to wait on

I gave the manager an opportunity to reach out before posting my review, but they did not. The first room we were given had VERY stained mattresses, stained linens/towels, a comforter that looked filthy, dirty walls, no shower curtain, and a toilet that did not flush well. I have pictures. We requested a different room on a floor other than the 2nd floor(our daughter's team had multiple rooms on that floor and they were all very dirty). After 3 hours, we finally got a different room on the 3rd floor. Still dirty, but at least the mattresses were decent. My husband and I, as well as multiple teams from our town, went to Walmart and bought sheets, covers, and towels because nobody wanted to use the stained ones provided. Also, they only have 1 person working the desk during prime check-in time hence why it took 3 hours to get a different room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had my daughter not been there with her team, we certainly would have left after seeing the condition of the rooms.
