For the cost of this hotel, I should not have had to walk down to the front desk (which was on the opposite side of the hotel) to go find staff to get a key and let me into the pool area. There is key card access, yet you can’t get in without staff unlocking the door. Ridiculous! And no one could bring a wine bottle opener up to the room since there was only one person working the desk. Had to walk down there too. Super annoying. Room was okay, bedding was just okay. Not great for the price.

Location of the hotel is not far from the major highways, but the sign in front of the hotel can be more prominent. Staff is excellent and ready to assist with guest requests. Rooms are large and very convenient. Gym is well equipped, and breakfast is sumptuous. Overall, it was a good experience.

Excellent. Just wish they had a small dog park off side. Wouldve liked to have bathroom connected to living rm too. Kids came thru bedroom to use bathrm. Definitely a wonderful hotel the buffet breakfast AMAZING! 1st time with my dog he loved it as well. Esp 1st time in elevator

This property was very clean, the rooms were large and very reasonable priced, and we were even surprised with free soup/salad/appetizers and adult beverages! The complimentary breakfast was great as well.
