Was told this was their last room available. The AC unit DID NOT WORK! The room was very hot and stuffy. Between the hot temperature, the worn down beds and very flat pillows; we GOT VERY LITTLE SLEEP! This place was NOT worth what we paid for the room. I asked for a refund. Was told to talk to Expedia; they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do anything for me.

Ask for a room on the front side if you like sleep
Everyone was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The fact that the turnpike is out the back window made for difficult sleeping as it sounded like a raceway all night! Also, the breakfast was not great! Powdered scrambled eggs 😕 Flavorless sausage and potatoes 😕 No fault of the attendant, but the products were unappealing. Coffee was great, though!

The property was very convenient for the events we had to attend. The evening staff was very rude, and didn’t greet anyone as they walked into the lobby! The morning staff was a little bit friendlier!

We had a wonderful staff! The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Big shoutout to Angie (I think that was her name) at the front desk in the evening for going out of her way to help us. Also breakfast staff was friendly and helpful

The property was close to our intended destination, a relative's home. The rooms need two chairs since, I presume, most guests are couples. Suggest a folding chair in the closet if needed. The commode in (our) room needs to be higher for the elderly (who have difficulty getting up), tall people and others. The doorstops in the bathroom and in front of the closet are dangerous "toe stubbers". I know they are needed but I haven't a clue how to correct the need for each.
