Upon my arrival i was greeted with a very rude associate. When checking in the associate, seems like a manager was so rude and she was not helping me directly. A question was asked to the associate whom was helping me to see if I can get a late check out. The other associate answered very rudely “when do you want to check out out” I responded at 1pm and she said that it was not possible. I asked how late can i check out then and she said 11:30. I do not appreciate the manner in which i was talked to given how much I am paying to stay here over night. I drove from 5 hours away to stay the night here on my anniversary. I would have liked her to be more helpful .

The breakfast had a great variety of items from waffles to oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow options. The lighting was very nice, including adjustable reading lights and backlighting for the bed and television. Excellent sercice by all staff. Will definitely stay again!

The reception was not friendly and was not pleasant or polite in their approach when I checked in. Even when I had asked for some help they were very reluctant to talk or share information. There was no smile or greetings. At night when I had come down to ask about water fountains etc she was most reluctant to show me the path. I guess next morning both the gentleman were very pleasant and was eager to help or answer me. The breakfast was standard bread cereals juice coffee eggs and bacon with whole fruits. Place was clean and maintained for refilling and keeping it ready. Once again the staff missed smile to greet good morning☺️. Overall my purpose of going to the business agenda I had was accomplished. Quite accessible to various places.

Common area and room were very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice (what you'd expect.) I didn't swim but the pool and hot tub looked nice. Gym was tiny so I didn't use it. All in all, great value for the money.
