The rooms need a refresh. There's no USB ports. Fixtures are dated. Breakfast buffet was confusing. Part is self serv, part is table service. Its Prix Fixe so why is there table service?

The room was clean. And spacious. It was a handicap room, which I was not expecting. So the bathroom was weird. Would have preferred a standard room.

Check in went well, the staff was very polite and made small talk while the computers were struggling to check us in. It was incredibly busy but the wait wasn’t too bad getting checked in. The room was clean but you could hear every single room around you including the one directly below you through the vents so it was loud listening to everyone and the dog barking under us. We left for the evening and didn’t return back until after 11, but when we did return there was vomit all over the floor and wall next to the elevators that hadn’t been cleaned up it just had towels thrown across it on the floor and the wall was still in pure sight so that was pretty gross. We had dinner delivered and the hotel didn’t want our dasher bringing our food to our door but eventually they let him up and he left it there for us which we received and enjoyed. The beds were clean, the shower was great, the tv was average (it worked but not great). Only other complaint was that the housekeeping staff came in our room an hour before check out and asked us “why we hadn’t checked out yet” and seemed annoyed that we were still packing everything up. I asked the front desk when we were checking out if check out had been at 11 and I was just misinformed but they said “no, why?” And I explained what housekeeping said and she made a face of ‘ahhh yeah that happens’ and said “well we are just busy tonight and trying to get ahead of it for cleaning” but overall it’s wasn’t a bad stay. Very comfy pillows. :)

Room was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for us. Beds didn’t look or feel like queen size but I double checked with front desk and was assured they were queen sized.

The staff was pretty blasé and gave off the vibe that they didn’t want to be there. I mean I don’t blame them, Springfield Mass is so lame but it definitely affected our stay. My husband and I felt a little uncomfortable. But it was very clean and the rooms were decent

Not the best experience this time
It was awful this time. We didn’t get the room we paid and requested for and then we were overcharged and still waiting on our reimbursement. The drain in the sink wouldn't work so we had to pry it open ourselves and then the tv remote had duct tape on it and was hard to work. The breakfast was not cooked right with his eggs/ very saddened by this stay.

Hotel and staff were great but you could hear the cars revving their engines all night and the bass is their radios. Walls were also paper thin and could hear your neighbors.

Same parking lot as the basketball hall of fame, Place 2 Be which is a unique restaurant, and Uno's pizza. Right next to train tracks, but I didn’t notice it at night.
