Management was very stuck up and rude. They were very unhelpful and made me feel extremely unwelcome at their hotel even though I paid for three days in a suite and I was never refunded my deposit even though I cleaned the room thoroughly.

Expected a grand experience and instead the room was dingy, outdated, wallpaper peeling from bathroom wall, weird discoloration on the wall above the toilet. No toothpaste, no microwave. Overall a weird experience.

Front desk staff were great and check-in went smoothly. Only complaint is that the breakfast was terrible. Eggs & other hot items were cold, toast & bread items were stale. At least the coffee was hot.
