The air conditioning was not working properly. It don’t get very cold in the room. Upon booking, it states you could choose one day for unlimited beverages, but there was only water to choose from. Also, there was a very large dip in the floor of our room. Not sure why or how it was there, but was a tripping hazard.

I would stay again.

We stayed in 2 bed room. Oone of the mattresses wwas broken down and sunk in the middle. Desk staff seemed concerned when I reported this. Not sure whether they'll replace that mattress but didn't while we were there. We slept in the other bed the 2nd night which was much better. Breakfast was generally good except the 2nd morning the gravy was so thinned out it was runny. Condition of the hotel and room were satisfactory.

This was a very very basic hotel and I do not believe it is up to standard. Staff was friendly, competent. The coffee was awful, breakfast merely OK, but the condition of the place showed it was dated and really needs updating.

The hotel is newly remodeled but there were still stains on the carpet and a decent amount of water damage on the ceiling in the shower. The shower curtain rod was also broken, leading to the shower curtain not fully closing and causing a mess every time I showered. The black out curtains were also broken and could not be fully closed. I would describe the hotel as "surface nice." Everything looks good as long as you don't try to actually use anything or really look closely at the details.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. All of the staff were very nice. The woman who works overnight is the best by far. She was super friendly and was able to make suggestions on places to go and places for dinner. All in all great experience and would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff for check-in and checkout were very courteous. The breakfast staff were great at keeping the items stocked and clean.. The property itself is a little bit worn down. I did give it a five stars though because they are painting and upkeeping the property. Thank you for a great night sleep
