Our first room's door didn't latch but they got us in a new room quickly. We then had very noisy neighbors but they took care of that quickly as well. The staff was all amazing, the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean. My only complaints were that the water pressure was awful and that the elevator was pretty outdated and seemed kind of unsafe.

First time I stay there it was great. This trip I stayed 2 different times and not the best. Rooms run down, floors dirty, no towel rack to hand towel in the bathroom, toilet seat about to fall off. Staff is friendly and attentive but conditions of the hotel are not what they were,.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is clean and comfortable. We were only there for one night so it was just fine. The bed was comfortable and clean, there was a Kurieg in the room which was nice. The room and bathroom could use some attention. Ceiling paint was chipping and the shower had loose panels with what looked like mold underneath. But for a night with limited options in this area, we would stay again.

the room was very nice and spacious. There was no bedding for the pull-out, but was given some when we asked for it. There was still no warm cover for it, but our boys had their own blankets. Breakfast was very good and the area kept clean and neat. Would definitely stay there again.
