Over all good expirence. The room we had the bathtub facet was broken worked but very loose and not properly together and a dresser which houses some blankets and pillows for the pull out was poor quality or broken on the bottom drawers.Bath supplies are bottles attached to the walls not my favorite dont trust the outsides of the bottles are clean prefer individual bottles, and the bathroom door was poor and flimsy not a closing door like a barn style sliding door that had some issues. Some things could use decent upgrades or better quality items. Served its purpose though.

Great relaxing night.
A wonderful stay. Beds were so comfy. Sheets were so soft. Loved the pool and hot tub. Was glad they were open til 11pm. Breakfast was good and staff were awesome at keeping it clean and stocked.

Nice Hotel
We were pleasantly surprised with this Comfort Inn & Suites. The room was a nice size (but did lack sufficient seating like a couch); the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was terrific and got nice and hot quickly. Great Hot tub and pool!

We were very pleased with our 4 days stay at the property. Our initial contact with staff members was good. They were pleasant, helpful and always greated you with a smile. The rooms were clean and beds very were comfortable for sleeping. There was adequate space in the room for 3 guest. Also, there was adequate ports in the room for charging the various devices. Overall, the stay was great.

Parking seemed/was safe. Pool and hot tub were really nice but they left windows open so it was cold. Breakfast was very good, and staff was nice. The heat in the room was really loud, making it hard to sleep. Overall ok!

My kids and I have stayed a couple of times. It’s my go to hotel to reserve for our weekend trips to Springfield! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms have always been clean, beds are super comfy, and the breakfast is amazing! Best bonus is the pool and hot tub. My kids love it and have such a good time.

It's a decent hotel. A little out of date compared to others. I couldn't call it a 3 star hotel. The beds are in need of a serious upgrade. The staff was friendly. The housekeeping always made our son's bed up nice with his stuffed animals and blanket, he loved seeing what they did with his bed. The hot breakfast was nice!

I only stayed for the bed at night and breakfast in the morning, both were fine for me. I was more amazed at how the heat/cool unit in the wall was pretty quiet. Most places are a bit noisy, I appreciated that.
