Pretty decent hotel with okay breakfast. Didn’t visit the pools. Springfield is a larger city so if you want to be downtown, this may be too far. The staff were extremely accommodating.

Relaxing with hubby & 3 teens before camping trip

Everything was good except the hot tub was out of service, which was part of the reason I selected this hotel. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and the gym. Breakfast was great.

The rooms were outdated; in my opinion based on other hotels I’ve stayed in. Tv is small, no coffee maker in the room. Parking is inconvenient. The hotel is close to the local mall, a nice theatre and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

This hotel is very runned down. The rooms are aged and the breakfast not great. Went down to a cold pool and hot tub out of order. We were on the 2nd floor and ice machine is only on the first floor.
