This hotel was an amazing part of our trip 5 years ago. This trip it wasn’t as enjoyable. We were on the first floor near the entrance off of the parking lot. Between the corridor to the door were some seating benches. We could hear people talking regardless if they were loud or not, as they stood outside smoking near the door. The smell of cigarette was coming into the room. Cigarette butts were all outside as you walked in through that doorway. Very loud ice machine and vending machine near us as well. I can say that the hotel lobby is still welcoming and the breakfast was very enjoyable, clean and well stocked. I was hoping to have a better overall review but just wasn't able to this trip.

A good place to stay for the reduced winter rate

Great for the reduced winter rate. Liked the “rain” shower head. Tv watching was cumbersome because of limited remote functions. Breakfast was average. Staff was responsive to requests. Not a a bad place to stay.

Our lock to our room broke and we were stuck outside at 9pm at night. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal, also none of the vending machine worked and they also had issues at check in. Overall the rooms were good but the logistics of everything else was bad.
