For the life of me I can’t understand how this place promotes and tries to sell you their “Davenport Mattress” … the mattresses are always sunken in in the center , it’s like they have not been replaced in 10 years. I have stayed here 4 times in 12 years , every time the beds are poor and I have to sleep on my side at the far edge of the bed, or else I will be tossing and turning. They are well aware of the problem but do nothing about it. Happy to continue to try to sell you the $2000 Davenport Matress though.

Gorgeous property in a perfect area of town. We enjoyed walking around Spokane and hotel was mostly quiet. The staff at the bar did seem understaffed but they were very pleasant and friendly.

Loved the beds. I'm a bed snob and towel snob. Both were amazing. Second timers to this hotel. Braakfast was by far the best we've had on our trip. Highly recommended this hotel!!!!

Great stay for theater goers or visitors who enjoy the heart of downtown. The hotel and guest rooms are absolutely lovely--a rare treat in Spokane. The only reason I did not give 5 stars all the way across the board--the edges of our duvet covers that were tucked under the mattress were still damp when we pulled them out to go to bed at 11PM. Too late to call housekeeping so we made do but an unwelcome surprise.

Such a great property. The vibe there was lively, the people visiting were friendly and relaxed. The check in guy was not very friendly, but everything else made up for it. The rooms were great as always. Food was great and also caught the happy hour. Excellent!
