I would not recommend this motel. Room was not cleaned. Garbage not dumped, not cleaned, blood on mattress pad. Only a light coverlet. No blanket at all. Security on door broken. Doors next to back entrance by our room left unlocked. All night. Not one pop or vending machine on any floor works. Out of order. Continental breakfast cold cereal, mini waffles. Apple or orange juice. Pitiful. Coffee maker leaked . Partner got hand slammed on broken safety room lock. Worst motel experience ever. Looks are deceiving. We stripped and cleaned our room for elderly maid. Tipped her. $20 she shouldn't have to be busting her butt at her age. Never stay again.

Convent location, but older getting run down. Cleanliness around the outside was not very good. The cleanliness of my room was fair to bad. I opened the mini fridge and it still has old food in it. Looking around the room the rest was fair, but grunchy due to age

Run down.
I have stayed there before and was pleased however this time I stayed i had a room near the exit. I heard the door opening constantly it was very noisy. Children were running up and down the hallways. Garbage cans were full outside the exit doors. Pop machines were out of order and no snacks were in the vending machine. My guess is the have had problems with theft. The hotel looked good from a distance. I think people are living in the hotel. The tv channels were limited. This was very poor.

Terrible internet Outside security door was open ALL the time Jackie at reception tried to help but the other lady did not understand customer service - surley, unhelpful, never smiled Breakfast was either toast, coffee and waffle. Not much of a selection We have stayed at other Super 8's with success but would never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointing

Bathroom sink was stopped up; There should be a safety mat or handrails in the bathtub - it was very slippery, not good for older clients. Had very good water pressure and plenty of hot water - very important to us, A little overpriced compared to other motels in area.

This place was fine for a one night budget stay. Bed was comfortable. It is near the airport so a bit noisy but that’s to be expected in this area. Breakfast offering was basic but fine.

It was in a rough neighborhood. It was quite run down inside and out. The room was only tolerably clean, just. The room was run down and shabby as was the furnishings. Water squished up between cheap peel and stick on floor tiles in the bathroom. The king size bed had two swales that were where you had to sleep. Very broken down. Doors peeling and walls needed repainted and repaired, not that it was the only necessary improvements needed. Sadly it was too late to get a different room. My husband was far too exhausted and we had booked it online. Such a disappointment after a long hard day.

The bathtub had a patch, the bathroom door had multiple screws keeping it together and 1 bed was nothing but springs. The light to bathroom was way by entry door nowhere near the bathroom.

Rude manager
The room was good, beds good, bath room good, day manager…rude and unhelpful to me and his staff. I asked front desk person about way ice machine was located and she turned to who I assume was a male manager sitting behind counter, he said “at the other end of hotel but I don’t know if it works so go to third floor” I then mentioned to him that the WiFi was not working and he very rudely cut me off and said “I know! I just reset it” at which time he turned away and continued to talk with someone else. Not impressed with his ability to be in his position. Very unfortunate because other wise the hotel and other staff we all good.
