Great location right on the trail system
A Mom-Daughter stay in Spokane! We love the location of this hotel--easy access to the river trail means we could walk to My Fresh Market, our favorite spot for tasty and healthy breakfast and lunch options. We enjoyed a special dinner on the outdoor patio one night. Delicious food but a bit expensive. Overall, one of our favorite spots to stay in Spokane.

We will be back (is it bad that I just heard Arnold?☺️) FOR SURE. We were next to the pool (pool access) and I hope to get another room experience like that. They have done a LOT of renovation and a serious koodos to them too. What could anyone want… comfy beds, spectacular location next to the river, two pools, safety was well thought out out (lower level, next to pool access sliding door: old-school wooden blocker to stop the door AND key access). LOVED it!

The location is incredibly convenient for anyone with students at Gonzaga. We walked to campus each day, and thoroughly enjoyed ending our evenings with a drink in the hotel bar. Very clean, large rooms, and a resort like feel with beautiful river views from their restaurant patio. We will definitely stay again!

This is my third stay in a row where the AC doesn’t work and pushes out warm air despite saying it’s at 65 degrees (more like 78-80 degrees). Front desk didn’t answer and in the past they don’t have fans to loan. This time also found black mold in the shower, bottom sheets were mostly off the bed before we ever got into the beds, and I saw housekeeping leaving clean linens on the ground outside of the rooms they were making up. I don’t want to sleep on sheets that were on the hallway floor! Will book at another hotel in the future when visiting my student in Spokane.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but the hotel room was great. Comfortable bed and nice room. The only thing we were disappointed in was the Restaurant. There was a smoker outside that drew us in with the intoxicating smell, only to find out they dont use it. Also when our food came out, half of it was cold. Would stay again but eat somewhere else.

We loved everything about this hotel, except: hot tubs are designed for adults, not children. They should be free of gummy bears and a minimum temperature of 101 degrees. A 95 degree hot tub feels geared towards the dozen or so 6 year olds occupying it

Had a fantastic time here. It has a resort vibe and right along the river so it was easy to go for walks. This was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at, especially for the price, and we’re trying to find excuses to go back. Wish we were there for more than one night. Rooms were recently renovated and quite clean.
