Great Place for Dog Owners

Bed mattress springs were worn out. All the employees wre extremely nice, greeting you with hello and smiling - that seems rare today. Great little dog park for the dogs and dogs walking areas. Perfect place for dog owners.

Paper thin walls. You can hear the people next door as if they’re in the same room. Frustrating when you’re tired from travel and you can’t fall asleep because the snoring is so loud and clear. Even normal tone conversations are heard through the walls. Do not recommend if you’re looking for privacy

The front desk was very helpful. We added a last minute reservation for the night previous to our original reservation. They made the check in and out process quick and easy and we were able to keep the same room.

We were in town for a memorial service and the Ruby River Hotel is the perfect choice for us. I was essentially located and allowed for great city walking. We missed out on the scheduling a murder mystery dinner that was hosted in the lobby, but will certainly look for that next time! We were able to enjoy the van Gogh immersive exhibit across the street. And the restaurant we had the most delicious potato chowder and service throughout the entire hotel was top notch. We will definitely return.

It is comfortable, has a restaurant, snacks to buy

I liked the room, comfortable, very clean. The air kind of blasts, but I use ear plugs so it didn’t matter. Only problem was TV would not leave Guide, so I couldn’t watch it. But, I had two devices to watch on, so it didn’t matter. The Clerk changed the batteries in the remote but the TV still didn’t work. I will stay here again.

Great value and location

Awesome location, friendly staff, comfy bed. Good value for money. The restaurant onsite is great —happy hour menu is tasty and affordable. I wish they offered a discounted breakfast for hotel guests. My only complaint is there was some overpowering air freshener in the halls and rooms. Otherwise, great experience.
