We usually stay at the Oxford but they don’t have a rewards loyalty system and they’ve become very expensive and reduced their amenities. The Ramada is part of Wyndham which you can get loyalty points through so we feel like they appreciate our return visits. So I think this is our new regular place! We have a young daughter and we really appreciate the great indoor pools and slide. Also that it’s open late and early so she can use it whether we go in the morning before check out or if we get in late. There was staff constantly cleaning which I really appreciated. A fenced doggy area and a dog watering station by the front door so you really felt your furry family was very welcome. The only complaints I have is the young lady at the front desk was kind of rude when I told her my fiancé had a loyalty account (he was waiting in the truck with our daughter while I checked in) and she immediately seemed suspicious of me. She followed up by asking “do you know his name? Do you even know his award points info?” I responded with “well we’re getting married! So. Yes!” Just felt quite rude though I’m sure she didn’t mean it that way. Also the restaurant forgot to make my daughter and fiancé’s dinner (or forgot to bring it out). So both were cold when served. Also $7 for a can of beer is nuts! But I LOVED the two fire pits that were going out in the sudden snow that hit. That was beautiful and oh so welcoming and you could buy smores kits for them.

It's a very convenient hotel for catching an early morning flight. Staff is friendly, it has a good bar for a nightcap. The rooms have been updated nicely and are large an comfortable. The common areas and atleast our bathroom are fairly dated and worn out.

Hotel is nice but the pool area is very outdated and ugly yellow but the water slide was great! Smelled heavily of chlorine to were my son was having asthma attacks and our eyes were burning after being there for 20 minutes we had to take a break. The hotel staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. Did not give us direction to anything, just handed us the keys and moved on to the next person. But putting all that aside, the hotel room was very nice and clean, beds were soft and comfy, great tv channels, water slide, hot tub, pool, and kiddie pool were extremely fun, and the front area/restaurant was beautiful.

When we travel, we always stay at the Airport Ramada. My list is long, but the convenience to airport and the shuttle starts at 3:30 am, has wake up, a descent restaurant, reasonable rates, and efficient front desk makes it worth our while. Its a Wyndham property and that works for me.we have stayed at least 8 times for our travelling needs. Has pool for kids and firepit with smores..

I stay at the Ramada every time I fly out of Spokane, WA airport. An easy walk there and back - I rarely take advantage of the shuttle service unless the weather is nasty. Also, I seldom have the chance for the breakfast since my flights usually are the earliest available. I did, however, have time this last trip. I was very disappointed. With only one waffle iron and the long line of children waiting, I didn't have the time to wait. I decided to just have the eggs which were the cold dregs of the dish. The children had picked through all the pastries.
