We stayed here last year for my daughter’s wrestling tournament and it was a completely different experience. I appreciate the easy check in process which was new to me. However I got bitten up by what I’ll assume was bed bugs. The breakfast wasn’t warm like last year it was pretty much a dry breakfast. No waffles, eggs , bacon. Just cereal, bagels and quick stuff

Dont stay.
This hotel was dirty. We found old molded bagels in the cabnet. There was dirt down the doors and fingerprints. Tv did not work. The manager was great but the other staff was rude and disrespectful. We had 6 rooms booked for our group. We requested them to at least be in the same sextion or floor, they stated no problem we have plenty availability and we were everywhere. We will not be staying at this hotel again which sucked because we have stayed here 4 other times prior.

The hotel offered a breakfast, not realizing it was a grab and go with paperbag with 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter and jelly. Individual cereal with milk and single juice. Pool was very high chlorine. Our door handle came off in my hand trying to get into our room.

The five-star staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is easy to get to and area was as expected. The bathroom needs an update. The fixtures are shabby and there was zero counter space - though it was very clean. Overall it was good value.

Very friendly staff. Free parking. Quiet. Hotel is quite old and run down. It was a challenge to have a shower as the fixture needed to turn the shower on was broken. Nice to have the continental breakfast, but its not super appetizing. Brown bag style.

This was maybe a two star. We wanted a hotel with a pool which was closed for our whole stay. We thought a group of homeless were hanging out by the front door, ended up being the front desk person and two of her friends. Breakfast was sparse and they had no knives or spoons for cereal and waffles. Would not stay again.

I booked my stay for two nights and paid online. I was not made aware of it be property’s newly adopted policy that they don’t allow “locals” to stay at their location. Management stated that locals are not considered good customers this time of year and therefore refuse service to anyone presenting a Washington ID.. Following my efforts with both the reservation company and the hotel itself, I still have not received any sort of refund for my almost $300 reservation that was discriminatively refused to me.
