For the amount of money they charge thr place is not worth it. There pics are deceiving. The area is not safe. The room felt dirty. The lamp shades were stained dark yellow. I have pics.....did not feel safe walking the dog.

Darling drive in motel

Darling super clean motel. We were so impressed with this lovely little place! The hotel is in the heart of downtown Spokane walking distance to everything; the River front, restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries and shopping. The rooms are super tidy and comfortable and we loved the eclectic art decorating the room and grounds. The Ruby hotel is reasonably priced, has parking on the grounds and helpful courteous staff. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay

The hotel is downtown Spokane, but was very well kept up and fairly new. The rooms were clean and good sized. The free breakfast was in a restaurant and very good except only one free one, but the other purchase was six dollars and very filling. The price was very reasonable and the parking was somewhat limited, but there was an overflow nearby. If I were in Spokane again, I would stay there and would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel overall was fine. The bed was very comfortable and the concierge brought an extra pillow, which was very nice. The room was relatively clean other then the dried booger on the wall beside the bed and the long hair I found on my towel. If you need a quiet sleep don't stay here there is a train that runs behind the hotel. I like the noise because it's a white noise. My main complaint is the wifi did not work at all. I am from Canada so I had to buy extra data to be able to look up places around Spokane.

This property is very noisy, impossible to get a good night sleep. They advertised a free breakfast but all that was provided was a coupon for an attached restaurant, giving $6 off a menu item, and not for both people staying in the room. Parking was also extra. I felt it was overpriced for the type of hotel it is. I would not stay here again.

If you need a nice clean room with a nice tile shower and good staff I’d recommend it. Your not getting a 50 inch flatscreen or high end feel but your getting a great clean nice room a great shower and the price is fantastic for the quality of room. Location is great for anything downtown and they have parking. I’d come back.

Absolutely horrible place. Do not stay here! The first room we got had lots of stains on the sheets, which I informed to the front desk and then we moved to a different room which again had stains on the sheets, the door looks like it was previously been attempted to be broken into and to top it all off there was an actual bed bug moving. I asked for a refund and had to deal with Expedia which I received. The whole area is downtown and super sketchy because of the homeless and people doing drugs. Don’t waste your money here!

When we checked in there was limited parking. The clerk was very kind. We went to the room only to find it made up but filthy. I took pictures and went back to the clerk. There were unknown “strange” stains on the bed sheets, on all layers, in multiple places. I looked used. We switched rooms and it was fine. The bed was comfy but the room was so noisy. There are also a lot of homeless hanging around. Loved the bed but not worth the rest.
