We should have clued in when we walked into our room and there were packages of ear plugs that it wouldn’t be quiet…but we didn’t. The location is great, fun theme throughout, clean aside from a hair that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom, but this place has a lot of noise. Maybe you can sleep through it? I couldn’t. A lot of folks before complained about parking but I didn’t see it as an issue at all (and I drive a midsize SUV). There is a parking fee of $5/night and parking is inside a gate. I loved that it was right across from the Knitting Factory, as we were there for a concert. Easy walk to the west end breweries and downtown. We didn’t need our car at all once we arrived.

No parking on site, I thought they had advertised free breakfast but only gave a coupon for 1 and not one for each guest, the coffee maker only had product for 1 cup of morning coffee, could have provided an extra towel. At 2:00 am I was awaken with what sounded like a trash compactor crushing glass and metal. Neighborhood was questionable. I appreciate what they are Trying to do with the quaint property but not good for older folks looking for a quite neighborhood.

The location is good, and the room is clean. Parking is a little tight. We were really lucky to be able to find a spot on site.

Hotel is situated in an okay area, we stayed alert walking back to our hotel in the evening- a few interesting individuals out and about. There are a few individuals hanging out in the parking lot but they seemed to be harmless. It is rather noisy at night- must be the reason there were earplugs on the nightstand. Overall for an older hotel it is fairly clean and comfortable.
