The property was convenient to the sports fields we were at bit getting into the hotel is difficult. The street was incredibly noisy. The pool was closed completely and breakfast was a joke. One of those "now we know" kind of places.

The room for the most part was clean, however the bathroom could use another scrubbing as you could tell something was stuck on the walls. The windows were so dirty you could barely see out them, not that it had the best view anyways. Breakfast needs to be updated and offer more of a warm variety. We stayed for 4 days and we did not see a maid service at all.

Travelled with friends for March Madness. Parking was safe and had enough stalls at night. There's a great Hawaiian/Filipino restaurant on the other side of the parking lot (Island Style BBQ). Location was 6 mins. from the Spokane Arena. Front and cleaning staff were friendly. Bathrooms were clean. Felt like a safe area.

Nothing to write home about

It was ok. The room had a smell. The bathroom smelled like feces,and there were wet towels on the floor I believe soaking up water. The fridge was empty but clearly had not been thoroughly wiped out. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

Would definitely not stay here again. The walls are PAPER THIN. We had a group of teens in the room next to us who were just speaking at normal tones and could hear the entire conversation. There are no elevators to get to other levels. Their pool is out of order. The so called included breakfast was the most pitiful excuse for an included breakfast I’ve ever seen. They literally had microwaveable maple flavor eggo waffles, hard boiled eggs, one flavor of yogurt and instant oatmeal packets. The room was dingy and not the cleanest, the bathtub had pink stuff growing on the grout.
