The staff listened to my request for a quiet room. Unfortunately my shower was luke warm at best. I take very quick showers so it was not that I spent a lot of time showering.

My employee stayed one night and checked out the next day. He felt unsafe, was unable to sleep because the of the questionable environment and constant loud comings and goings in and around the property. I have reached out to the property general manager on several occasions for a partial refund and have yet to receive a response. This is hands down the worst place I have ever reserved.

Im so old i recall staying with my family here in the 80s when it was a Best Western. Since been rebranded to Days inn. We came to spokane for the Halloween expo and this motel met all our needs. Close by to the convention centre, various resteraunts and shops. Offering a room with 3 beds was an added bonus as the entire family slept comforatbly. Woukd stay again

The hotel was super cute and you can tell they renovated not too long ago. Everything was fresh and clean. My friend and i slept really well in the bed. The only issue we had was that our door lock didnt line up within the frame so we relied on the secondary latch lock when we went to sleep. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Well I could see the room had been recently up dated . The windows were not included .they were very dirty and had mold around them . The fan in the bathroom was full of dust and there was spilled coffee on the bathroom counter . Maybe house keeping could pay a little more attention and maintenance should do a walk through . The tub didn’t drain well and the mirrors had finger prints . Over all it was good and the staff were very nice .
