From check in to check out-the entire staff was just PHENOMENAL!! My two little boys and I are definitely coming here again! Bryan at the desk was incredible, Bree and the crew in the restaurant were so sweet and even put blackberries in our room service ice cream! The two lifeguards chatted with my boys to make them feel even more safe in the water, the housekeeping lady was kind and even showed my youngest what she does… Clean and comfy room, FABULOUS food, the pool is warm and you can go under its’ rock-formation waterfall, friendly (especially for families and there were all ages people there too). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

We liked this hotel, but they really need to update the air system in the rooms. The room was musty and the air system needs replacing, so it felt really stuffy the whole time. Even if you could open a window it would help. The pool area was awesome, and the location can't be beat.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the amenities offered as well as the restaurant. Their "seat yourself" policy left us waiting over 20 minutes for ice water and menus and we watched three full tables walk in after us and were greeted almost immediately. It was busy, but there were plenty of servers wandering all around us, just none would look our way.

The area is nice everything is close and the hotel does all pool coffee shop restaurants.but one thing they need is new mattress they’re not comfortable.
