Absolutely disgusting rooms. Chairs were not cleaned or even cared to be wiped down. The bathroom, especially the shower was even worse. The towels smelt horrible. I was shocked they were white. Definitely would not recommend or ever plan to go back

Several added ‘fees’ over and above the cost of reservation were surprises. Especially when comparing the location to others in the area. The pictures of the room made it seem about a third larger than it actually is. The pool is available for use WITH additional $50 fee, which isn’t noted anywhere here. You will be charged upon check in an additional fee that you are then told is refundable BUT at checkout you are charged a ‘resort fee’ out of that original amount and you received back the balance. It was worth it for a clean and comfortable experience but going forward I won’t pay the exorbitant amount here again. Seems like more of a place for large business gatherings.

I stayed last minute because my son was in the hospital but I had been wanting to stay here for years to hear the river and the enjoy the lights of the pavilion at the park from my room. This was lovely, however the parking lot had broken glass in multiple locations. I asked a staff member how often do vehicles get broken into and the answer was almost daily. I was lucky but also brought everything up to the room. The shower had pink bacteria growing in the edges.The container of bodywash was COMPLETELY empty. Had to use liquid hand soap to wash. The black base board's were dirty and the toilet paper fuzz was thick on lower surfaces. Toilet and floor weren't very clean. Corners looked like they never been vacuumed. The fan in the heating unit had a awful noise and needs replaced or WD40. The room was also set up in a way to see the river or pavilion you had to sit on floor or cold leather chair. If they would set the bed against the other wall you could lay in bed and enjoy the view. For it being considered an upscale hotel it was disappointing. The potential is there but you can tell they don't value the guests comfort and security. Seriously, for the extra charges the vehicles should NEVER get vandalized on hotel property. Get security and when you advertise bathroom supplies, supply them.The staff I spoke with were helpful and friendly.

Not impressed with food or service. I paid for a late check out and there was no communication so a staff walked in my room when I was getting dressed and walked out by the time I walked around the corner and multiple housekeepers kept knocking on my door asking when I was leaving, the hotel should not offer late check out if this happens

After a full day of travel, we checked in and headed straight to an event across the street. When we returned between 9-10 PM, we were looking forward to unwinding and watching TV. Unfortunately, the TV in our room was not functioning properly. It kept cutting out, pausing, and becoming pixelated. When I contacted the front desk, they offered to send maintenance at 10:30 PM, but that wasn’t a viable option at that hour. I ended up having to watch TV on my phone, which was far from ideal. Additionally, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. To make matters worse, we encountered a pile of vomit in one of the stairwells, which was both unsanitary and unpleasant. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially after such a long and exhausting day. These issues have left me hesitant to return to The Centennial Hotel in the future, which is unfortunate as I had hoped for a more enjoyable stay.

We picked this hotel for convenience to a sporting event. I was unaware of a $15 per day parking fee and $50 per night incidental fee, that added up fast. The room seemed cleaned when we got in, however we found a few things were not replaced from the last stay.we had a 2 queen room and much to our suprise the beds were on full frames so the edge of the beds were unstable. The sheets didn't even fit and came off in the middle of the night. The mini fridge was horribly loud especially while tring to sleep. We used the do not disturb sign when we went out, but when we got back someone had been in our room. There was toilet paper all over the floor and someone had used the toilet without flushing, body spray was missing and the bible was moved. Reported to the front desk and he said he would get ahold of security, i was never contacted. The next day we did the same thing put the sign on the door and left for the day. Once again when we got back our room was serviced. I was so mad and went to the desk. Same guy said he didnt know what was going on. He would put a report in again and had all the notes in the computer but to talk to them in the morning. When we checked out this morning the lady couldn't find any notes took the information and said she would have a manager call me. I still have not heard from them. Im very disappointed in their handling of this situation and will never stay there again.
