Older building showing its age. Queen size bed was comfy, but why not a king? Heat pump had to be turned way up and fan on hi to get it to blow heat.

The property was extremely hard to find on Google maps the owner needs to adjust Google maps and so it finds his place found it miserable looking for it. There is no direct entrance at sit kind of behind at Denny's. The chlorine smell from the pool permeated when you're checking in and all the way down the hall into the rooms TV could not be operated by the remote didn't even turn on... The upper outlet didn't work the room was extremely noisy we heard passionate noises. Everybody came down to the ice machine made a tremendous amount of noise the room needs more quieting. The room was decorated attractively the bathroom was very small. This is by no means a seven star place I'd give it a three 3.5.. the outlet that the lamp was plugged in on the desk the upper outlet does not work I had to use the outlet that was in the bottom of the lamp.. the bed was very comfortable. Do not expect the room to be spacious because it is not but it looks wonderful. In the shower and bad toilet when I can touch one wall reach over and touch the shower wall pretty cramped.

Sink didn’t drain, beds were lopsided, room smelled like old carpet and urine. Site was short staffed and they asked customers to walk to Super 8 for assistance.

Gonzaga graduation

Garbage wasn’t emptied when we arrived but otherwise fairly clean. Or so I thought until I ran a bath and saw the mold on the underside of the shower surround panels- ugh. The bed was comfortable, room faced away from the highway so was quiet, and the breakfast option at Denny’s was nice and way better than typical hotel breakfast. ( if you get Kevin for a server, you are lucky, he’s great!) The only other issue was our keycard stopped working so we had to find someone to let us in. Thank you housekeeping- front desk wasn’t very accommodating.

A No-Win Wyndham Hotel

This is an old hotel and the lovely fresh look to the bedrooms in the website photos are nothing like the dingy reality. No wi-fi No working TV No in-room hairdryer No sound insulation between rooms. The only good thing about this place is the $7 breakfast coupon to the adjacent Denny's restaurant.

Do not be fooled by the name -- this is a Super 8 motel. Literally, the building was Super 8 recently, and the building next to it IS still a Super 8 motel. The bathroom facilities are meager. The "BREAKFAST" is a bag of oatmeal with a paper cup or a granola bar to go,. Seriously. The staff was VERY nice, especially Tyler. Otherwise, it was absolutely overpriced with a mediocre bed as well.

I was trespassed from the hotel and property at check in because I brought my service animals with me and they denied service and kept my money. They violated my rights by insisting to see my certification from a doctor and told me that I WAS NOT disabled after two staff reading the paperwork: They called the police when I asked for a refund. I got poor service and no service from either them or the Spokane PD who should have enforced my right to stay at this hotel and instead actively harassed me by following me in their car to the next hotel and shining their headlights into my car, causing me to have an anxiety attack, which is why I have service animals in the first place.
