Quick overnight stay

We stayed there because i had surgery the next morning. We got there and I could tell that the property had recently had some repairs/remodeling done (there was a flood this summer in Spencer). The front desk staff was very nice, the rooms were clean. The shower was a little underwhelming for me, but nothing bad. I would definitely stay again.

The different listings online had the dog fee at $15 and we were charged $30. Lots of construction around very over priced room. And the desk person wasn't extremely welcoming and was very short with her answers.
