Super comfortable room and very firm bed that we really appreciated. Spacious and clean room. Quiet. They had complimentary breakfast, but because we went during the last hour, there wasn’t much hot food remaining, nor any juice. The sausage links were delicious, though and we had yogurt and bagels with cream cheese and jelly. We appreciated that they had individually packaged granola bars, though.

Called before we got there and asked if the pool and hot tub were open. Was told hot tub was not open but pool was. The water in the pool was frigid!! We could not use it. When i said something the next morning i was told the heater went out. I wish they would have said something when i called earlier

my only complaint is that I did not receive a ground floor room that I had requested at the time of my booking which was several weeks prior to our stay. Yet another couple in our group who were a "walk in" received a ground floor room. Needless to say, my wife and I both were a bit "miffed."

Sadly the hot tub was closed, however the rooms smell wet and musty, and the continental breakfast is dismal and not very good, at least the yoplait yougart was good, coffee wasn’t terrible either

We did not get the room we paid for
Front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. However, we had booked and paid for a king Jacuzzi tub suite and that was not what we got. Hotels.com booked us just a plain king suite and we had paid extra to get the upgrade for a Jacuzzi room and drove 30 minutes out of our way for it, very disappointing. Also, the living room area of the suite was stifling hot; the wall a/c unit could not push the cold air far enough to cool it down.
