It was our second stay at The Holiday Inn Hotel in Southend and it was excellent. Easy check in, all staff were friendly and excellent service. The room was a very good size and was spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom with fabulous smelling toiletries. Everything you would need was in the room including a safe. The breakfast was excellent so much choice. Easy parking at the hotel cost £10.00 a night. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff and would definitely stay here again. It’s a shame there is an extra charge to park but it is as easy to do this with the reception staff. The customer service was great and the rooftop restaurant and bar was great with delicious food for both the lunch and breakfast menu. A real feel good factor. I’m sure we will be back

"Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views and Outstand
"We had an exceptional one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Southend. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the reception team genuinely cared about our comfort, even giving us a courtesy call shortly after check-in to ensure everything was perfect. The views of the airport were breathtaking, especially during breakfast on the 5th floor – a truly unique experience. I can't wait to return!
