The staff at the hotel were extremely rude and they acted like they were above us. They ignored us and we always had to get up to get someone's service. It is an upper-class hotel and restaurant. However, just because we were tourists and not their frequent customers, they did not care about waiting on us. They had no idea of our income level.

Beware that Double balcony rooms have a steep staircase to reach your room. Hotel is beautiful and views are amazing.

We had difficulty getting to the drop off as the laundry van was there. The reception was busy and the desk isn’t gig enough. There seemed to be a lot of new staff who weren’t quite sure. Overall it was okay and did a job for us.

Hotel was lovely and comfortable. Have stayed here a number of times. Restaurant has gone downhill food options not as great. If returned won’t stay for dinner seems to be other great options around the harbour.

Hotel and room were both clean and tidy. Had exceptional service from restaurant staff during breakfast. We were served by a very affable and helpful older gentleman (he had a dog but his name escapes me …). All staff from front desk to breakfast were especially helpful.
