TV kept going off
Not enough tea sugar in room
Staff on reception not very good eg I was waiting and somebody came up to ask something and started dealing with them
Some of the communal areas are looking a bit tired and could do with an update , the net curtain in the room was dirty .
Staff were very helpful and polite
Hotel is located on the middle of a roundabout.
The room we booked for 4 people was so small and had a strong cigarette odour. Hotel were short on pillows. Very thin walls. Beds very uncomfortable. Shower was hot but not much pressure. Very low budget hotel.

Louis was amazing. We have never had a more helpful or polite/cordial person. He was very informative and made the stay a pleasant one.
Property is fine. Very conveniently located. Bar a slight disappointment but the bartender tried to be accommodating.

Poor power shower in disabled room
Rooms need updating and disabled rooms poor. Breakfast could be improved
Good location and perfect for a one night stay. Lack of parking is a bit of a pain but there are plenty of decent options nearby. Disappointed there was no fridge in the room either.
Was modern and clean. Only downfall fall was that the reception girl didn't seem to understand our booking. With a wheelchair user she was going to put us in a 6th floor room then changed her mind and put us in a 10th floor room. Room wasn't suitable as 2nd bed was a sofa bed that had no way of being opened in the room so my husband spoke to a nice man on reception who put us in a larger room on the 7th floor. £16 each for breakfast was a no go as well with 4 of us and 1 being a child so we went to a local place we found. Would still go there again despite this.
This was a lovely stay. The gentleman at the desk, I believe his name was Lewis, was exceptional. The room was comfortable but could use a refresh. A good experience overall.
