Excellent, we were upgraded to executive room as a treat Lewis on the desk was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Location perfect and just what we needed for theatre and town visit.

Taxis easily reached by direct phone in lobby, not a lot of walkable dining options but restaurant in hotel good. There are several Leonardo Hotels in Southampton so check locations. Staff helpful for information , taxis. Dining.

Staff were absolutely fantastic at night! Had an issue with an Uber eats order and the night receptionist allowed me to have a Ben and Jerry's ice cream free of charge! Fantastic hotel fantastic staff!

Nice hotel
We had a really nice stay. The staff were very helpful. Our on criticism was at 1:30am there were people in the corridor talk and it sounded like they were in the room. Not great sound proofing and they was out there for an hour felt like they should have been moved on by staff.
