Property is really old, ac makes loud noise all the time, our view is so bad. Outside you can see how ac units are old and rusty. Every thing is wet floors and walls, the humidity is so bad. The restrooms are smaller than a cruise ship restroom. The windows are so dirty and the hotel doesn’t have rooms with balcony and it’s a beach resort. None of the staff seems to speak English. I feel we got our eyes poke for what we paid for a night. We don’t even get a free breakfast. Front staff are no help.

Customer service representatives need little more friendliness. Loved the view of our room to the beach. Some appliances need to get fixed not working properly. Very good quietness at nighttime. Liked the fact there was security at evening time by pool area of children. Housekeeping staff friendly. The swimming pool that has bar needs to be cleaned the water looked dirty at night time with the lights you could see the difference of water to compare in the day, and there was a weird smell in the pool by the bar in the day time. A little pricey for one night stay…but overall it has a great atmosphere.

I have stayed there many times. Property condition is going down hill. Shower fixtures falling off. Room outlets not working. Rust and decay showing at almost every air-conditioning unit. The food and staff are great but the food is very repetitive with regard to other restaurants in the area. It is almost like going to a different Dennys every day but each has a different name.

The staff are so intuitive to the cusotmers and go above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable from the moment you arrive. Ronda and Matthew at the front check in are just wonderful. The pools are cleaned daily and having 3 of them makes you feel like it isnt crowded. We even stayed an extra day!

Pros: beach-side, 3 pools to choose from. Con: property is aging, though the rooms are still comfortable. Con: customer service. Our door was not working we requested help 4 times and were patient. Each time we were told it was being handled and each time it was not fixed. Ended up getting locked out of our room during a storm in the morning and how to walk to the front desk in the pouring rain. When I told the worker of the issue yet again I was brushed off and told that maintenance would handle it…

Bugs and bad service, no upkeep

Within 10 min of entering our first room assigned in Tower A, 4th floor, there were 7 - 10 bugs crawling around the room in various places like behind the door frame, within the window seal, under the lights and chair. They included beetles and small cockroaches. We called downstairs and asked if it was due to the weather and could it possibly be better if we moved rooms, thinking they hadn't spray in a while. They moved us to Tower B and there were 2 - 2in cockroaches on the window frame. It was late and we had a baby so we chose to stay despite this and asked them to fumagate our room the next day. We saw exterminators walking around for the rest of our trip, but they told me they could not give me any money off or discounted rate because I booked through hotels.com. One of the managers was extremely rude about it. The other on the first night was kind but then left the next guy to deal with us. I would not stay here, it seems to be infested and they do not take care of it. The carpeted floor also felt damp the entire time.
