Breakfast was good and hotel service was great, we had an ocean front room although the pool is directly in front of this area so can be loud. Fireworks show from Clayton's on Friday and Saturday night were amazing although not a fan of the music until 12:00am. But a great option if you want night life. Unfortunately the pool is too small for the number of guests and children and no lounge chairs to use by the pool.

Amazing! From the checking in early to leaving was amazing! I’ve stayed here twice and we have agreed to make it a once year family trip. Beach is so closed by Clayton and another bar are really closed. Rooms are clean and specious. 10/10 recommended! Pets are welcomed.

This was our first visit to spi, so we had to book a hotel based off reviews and pictures. Although the location is amazing, the room/hotel could be much better. Upon walking in our room, we noticed it’s dated, the back door was broken, the bathroom tub looks old/stained, toilet seat is gross, the door to the room itself would not shut unless we slammed it. Other things we noticed were the broken balcony vent, the elevator to the hotel was broken and needed updating as well, among other parts of the hotel itself. The sign on the door says La Quinta, so I feel like for what we paid, this stay was not worth it. It’s also right next to Courtyard and Marriott, which if I’m being honest, was a little hard seeing their pool compared to this one and seeing how nice these hotels were with a very minimal price difference. I believe this hotel was bought and the name changed to a resort, but nothing was changed to match the name and what you’ll pay to stay.

Room was dirty and outdated. Hotel was dirty and outdated. Elevator was disgusting! Back pool/patio was dirty. Staff couldn't care less when I showed them a picture of a cockroach in our room. If the room was $75 I wouldn't be complaining but for $250 a night it's unacceptable!

Beachfront property with access to the beach. We really enjoyed it rooms were clean staff was friendly. Breakfast was filling and had some made to order options. Overall great place to stay.
