"I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff, but there were serious issues with consistency in their policies and charges. I specifically asked twice if I could take a quick shower before leaving South Padre Island, and both times I was told it would be possible for a $50 fee. However, when I returned from my event, they suddenly changed their stance and said I wouldn’t be able to do it. After some back and forth, the staff eventually allowed me to retrieve my belongings, but not within the agreed-upon timeframe. To make matters worse, we were locked out 15 minutes before the actual checkout time! Overall, a very frustrating experience—this place is not worth the hassle or hidden charges. I wouldn’t stay here again."

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super friendly and attentive, something you don't always see. Special thanks to the young lady day shift at the desk and the young lady that made the breakfast. They were very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Only disappointment were the pool towels. They were small like hand towels. Location is also great as there are places to eat close by.

The pictures make this hotel really nice but once we arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. The carpet was dirty and old, there’s no elevator, we had a plug in our room that was melted, the floors were dirty and the repairs were not done professionally. I wouldn’t stay here again for the money we spent until major repairs were done.

The staff were super nice AND they have breakfast. The room was clean and had an updated modern layout. The bed sheets are very soft and the room had a big plasma TV. I enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Most of our stay was great but my only complain were the mattresses. We only needed one bed but the bed is not flat. You have to sleep in the middle or you slide off the bed. I eventually moved to the middle of the other bed to feel secure about not falling off.

everything was fine except the parking lot…. I didn’t like to see people gathering in the corners or smoking so near the hotel entrance it looks sketchy and smells really bad

Very good hotel very clean, restroom was amazing, pool was amazing as well and the beds are cery comfortable will definitely stay here again, the breakfast was ok not the best but can not complain free food and the staff is nice and kind no attitude from them whatsoever always smiling at the guests.

To be honest, I booked this property by mistake-we had previously stayed at a hotel with a similar name. I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with our room! It was clean, VERY spacious and overall just perfect for our family! We would definitely recommend and book again!

Pros: * Spacious room * Lots of "counter" space and shelves for travel items * Comfortable bed and chair Cons: * Sunday breakfast was great, sausage, scrambled eggs. However Monday and Tuesday breakfast was not so good, scrambled egg whites, cooked potatoes, cubed. No whole eggs, meat items. * Sink in our room leaked underneath and water puddles on the floor. * No towel rack by the sink * No safety grab bar(s) in the tub/shower area.
