Room was clean and beds were comfortable, pillows have a lot of room for improvement. Pool is not heated. Management allows people to park in the handicap parking access isles. When asked about this, we were told they do this because they have limited parking.

Since its gettng closer to Spring break the prices of the hotel rooms are shooting up. El Delphine has kept its prices reasonable. The room has all tile floor that keeps it from keeping unwanted smells. You get what you pay for. No amenities here.

The room is ok clean but the scent or fragrance is too strong, I travel across the US and this is the first time for such situation. The staircase got some dirt and soil on the pathway. Otherwise ok.

I was disappointed with my stay. Lobby was locked without staff upon my arrival it took nearly 40 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. The building noises were the worst I have ever heard in a hotel, loud all through the night. I would not recommend or stay here again.

the first night was pretty basic, the remote wasn’t working, we got locked out of the room because they lock system died, the toilet paper was half gone/ used. but the second night everything worked a lot better and was there a big thing though was that the jacuzzi was dirty.
