Our stay was horrible was put in a room with Roaches when brought to employee attention nothing was done to rectify the situation. The employee stated there was people in that room for 3 months before us and the room shouldn't have been booked

Almost perfect...

We love our stay there! Just a 5 min walk to the beach and hotel was really nice too. The staff was awesome.. except for the young guy, who checked me in. I got there right before New Year's and the guy acted like he didn't want to be there! Didn't say hi, took my ID and credit card, type on the computer for a full 5 min, without a word or eye contact, then hands me the keys, still without a word! This is how they welcome you here on NYE?!? I was so disappointed. Then I asked him, is there anything I need to know, breakfast... I couldn't believe this! It's too bad, because after that, everything was awesome. All the other employees were welcoming, smiling, helpful.. except for that guy, he has no business working at the front desk, or at minimum, he needs some serious re-training! Other than that, I really did love my stay and the hotel!

I tried to get a little compensation for having to leave a day early of our 4 night booking due to husband’s health (81 with mild dementia). Since I booked thru Expedia, Desiree, the manager, would not help at all even after mentioning we gave up a handicap room for another guest by request from the hotel the day before we arrived. I tried to go through Expedia but apparently once you check in you can’t make any changes to your booking. Beware! On the good side, Heather, at the desk in the evening, was very kind and as helpful as she could be. The room was very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable and substantial.

The place was excellent and exceeded our expectations. They were having troubles with the door keys and we had to reset them four times in one day, but other than that, it was great and a technical glitch, it happens.

Beach and heated pool make up for the crappy rooms and breakfast. We were hoping to avoid eating out by having a good breakfast but there was never anywhere to sit and it was less than appetizing options. Sausage 6/7 days we were there.

This was our third stay here. First two were great. We checked into our room. First thing we noticed was the mildew smell as we walked in. My teen walked into the bathroom and noticed the toilet was leaking after being flushed. We notified the front desk and she was a bit rude about the situation. She moved us into a different room. The new room looked to be touched up. Not thoroughly clean. The sheets had spots, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the sofa had stains, and there were food items left in the cabinets from the previous guest. Also the doors leading to the outside of the hotel were never locked. Anyone from the street could just walk on in. We use to love coming to this property but this was a deal breaker.

Check-in was easy. We were assigned room 102 at first, but once we walked in it had a terrible smell. Looked at the room more and saw the sofa in the room was really dirty and went to ask for a change of room. The girl in the front had no problem helping with that, she was amazing. Then we got assigned room 107. It smelled a lot better, furniture was better. I did notice my second night staying that there was blood stains on my sheets. I did get disgusted with that. Had to have my boyfriend switch out my sheets. Pool/outdoor area is pretty chill. Breakfast is free and it was fulfilling. Stayed 2 nights for my boyfriend’s birthday, and enjoyed it.
