Shoutout to Nicole friendly greeting efficient check-in,as well as attending to our Television and Vincent who kindly politely addressed a housekeeping need during our stay (fresh lemon ice water&coffee in lobby was appreciated, bed linens&room towels were in good shape, also the 4 pillows each bed/especially bc they are small so 4 is a great idea...we TOTALLY enjoyed the beach acess and hot tub in the outdoor pool area-downside is the room carpeting at this island location room carpet doesn't seem to be a comfort here, they should consider wrist bands for guests or key axcess to the outer pool gates)

The staff is rude they are not friendly they also make you feel like if your Latina your constantly being treated rude but their tone changes with a white race person so did not feel comfortable at all!!!

Property is ok and had own access to beach . The only thing that we didn't like was it was very hard opening the door to the room and the noise of the bathroom fan that never turned off. Other than that it was ok.

The room had a damp smell, the bathtub was clogged and didn't drain well, the door handles were broken! I reported these isuues upon check in and they climed they would send maintenence to fix the issues, but no one ever came.
