Starting off with all the paperwork you had to sign. I felt like I was being treated like a college kid that was there to tear the place up. You have to sign papers that say the prices of every item in the room. also walking in the lobby and the room there was a very strong fragrance, which tells me they are covering up a much worse smell .very outdated, and the mattress was completely wore out. I have never slept so poorly in my life do the right thing spend a little more money. You will have a much better vacation.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with my hotel stay and worst experience I've ever had with how I was treated by a fellow human being. Not only did they discriminate against me but they took my money twice and then whenever I complained about bed bugs in my bed and showing them proof of the bites all over my back they told me that they could not return my money or switch me to a different room so then I said I stood up all night long just standing and I did not get any sleep that night and yet have had my money returned

One of the employees is a horrible experience right off the bat he starts giving a huge list of things “we can’t do” never has another hotel done this and I have been to plenty hotels. He then called the police on us and even the officer had to calm the employee down from yelling at us. The officer as well asked him that he hadn’t heard “the noise” the employee was talking about I was already in bed and my sister had to go through this issue with the employee. He is very exaggerating and feels like he is the owner of the property. He wanted to kick us out,but since officers didn’t hear noise we were able to stay.
Have bites all over me, wrong room refused to move me cause I booked on Expedia(never again) charged me $7 extra a day not Stay . Wanted $25 a Day for my service animal when room was only $28 a day!!
