The area around the window was very dirty. The window was open with no screen. We cleaned the room and remade the beds. We discovered a coffee stain on one mattress and a urine stain on the other. We did not get any maid service and we stayed 3 nights and paid $550 for 3 nights.

We had issues with the key not opening our door. So I had to go downstairs and get a new room. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

The place did the job. Room was clean and people friendly. Unfortunately, the in room fridge had a HORRIBLE whine to it that lasted all night long. A high pitched note that made you beg for an ice pick in the ear.

Can’t get WiFi to work, water comes out of the faucets milky white, “fresh” towels smell disgusting. Can hear every footstep from upstairs, room is very gross, towel bar broken off in bathroom, just left bracket on wall. For what we paid this is pretty shameful.

Still standing! Amazing. The fruit was two weeks old. Wrinkled apples, hard oranges and black bananas. Yum Breakfast Was packaged bagels and yogurt.

Our room could have been a lot cleaner, the bed had several mattresses piled on top of eachother . The breakfast area only had tall tables to sit at which are not easy for all people to sit at . Most important our air did not work.

The price I was quoted was not what I was charged at the property. The shower and toilet barely worked. The property was completely outdated, beds were uncomfortable. I would never stay here again! This place is horrible.

The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The first room we were given had dirty bedsheets. They did change our room straight away though. The staff were nice and location of the hotel was excellent.
