The property is old and tired, rooms having seen much better days. The photographs give a sense of a nice cozy lodge which is totally different from the real place. Luckily only a night stay and never again.

My only complaints are 1. Whatever happened to housekeeping?? It’s completely unacceptable that someone can’t even remove the dirty towels and leave clean ones. 2. There is a ramp (unmarked) going into the bathroom. I can’t tell you the number of times I tripped over it!!

Hotel was great BUT on the morning that we were going to check out someone left there dog in there room barking for over 2+ hours! I called front desk to complain not in e but twice. Losing those 2 hours of sleep, I had an exhausting drive home. I won’t stay here again.

Nice place which needs work

The overall vibe of the place was good and the location was great. The included breakfast was also good. The room looked pretty nice. The issue was that it was not well maintained. The bathroom has a sliding barn door to open and close. It was off the rail when I got there. I muscled it back onto the rail but the next time I used it it roll down the rail and off the end trapping my son in the bathroom. Again I was able to muscle it out of the way but then had to leave it and barely be able to squeeze our way in and out. We then tried to watch TV. No luck it was not connected to the internet and you could not do it yourself. Lastly we tried to open the rolled shade and the chain fell off. I was only there for one night so it was manageable but I'd probably hesitate to stay there again unless some changes are made.

The room was very small. The shower was so tiny I could hardly move at all. I’m an average sized 8 woman. The bathroom faucet knobs were broken. Staff was nice. Breakfast was fine. Lots of options.
