Great stay! Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean! Even people bring pets but the lobby was super clean. They always have coffee, tea at the front lobby!

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was fully remodeled. Big room, big bathroom and great breakfast every morning. I wish we were told in advance about the $30 parking fee and $75 pet fee. We didn’t see that anywhere in hotels.com website.

Would be 5 stars without parking fee
For being pet friendly, this hotel is CLEAN. There was more of a smell of cleaning products than non-pet hotels, but there wasn’t one bit of pet smell. We were on the top floor and had a nice quiet experience. Our dogs loved it as well. There was a $75 pet fee. Also… they charge for parking which is very annoying… Consider charging for more than 1 vehicle. Pretty frustrating to be one of 10 cars in a very empty parking lot and have to pay.

This stay was okay, the room was adequate for the stay and ready as soon as I arrived at 2, that was a plus! The pool is small and partially heated which was also nice for my granddaughter who enjoyed it. The room service was the ok part, we requested towels from the cleaning staff who told us we had to call front desk, weird. The room was out of the amenities like lotion and since we were only there 2 nights, we didn’t get the room cleaning so ensuring amenities were full would have been nice. The ambiance was nice, but there are nicer places to stay for the price.
