Hotel is very nice and convenient to stay and enjoy our trip. The staff is very friendly and customer centric. They helped in a smooth manner to check-in and Overall property is very cool and beautiful to enjoy.
WE were told not to flush toilet paper...to throw it in the trash. No phone. One TV channel. Bedding didn't look clean. We didn't stay. Left without even demanding refund it was so bad. DO NOT STAY HERE.
The shower didn’t work, it was super cold. The walls weren’t painted right. There were bugs in the room that we had to kill. The carpet was gross. I wouldn’t recommend here if you’re in town. There’s lots of other ones that are same price and way nicer.
The cleanliness of the room itself was ok but the bathroom was so gross I felt uncomfortable using it. I have a medical condition which makes me sensitive to mold and toxins and the visible mold and mildew all over the shower and in the bathroom actually triggered health problems from me. Was going to ask for a refund when I checked out but there wasn’t anyone at the reservation key. I would still like a refund.
There was a little snag or confusion that was no one's fault. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Everything worked. I'd stay again if I was in need of a room and a lone traveler on a budget.
They said they’re giving their best room but it was dirty. Now I wonder if this was the best room, how about the others. They must clean and check before renting.
