This was a very Nice Hotel. I'm Glad I chose this location. It was Southern Hospitality at It's finest. Every time we came and went, we were greeted with a smile and was told to have a Great day and Did we enjoy our day upon our return. We felt very Welcomed!!!

Hotel was nice. Sound barriers were not great. Had a very noisy family above and was noisier than I expected.
Room was cleaned but the bed mattress was terrible. Kept sliding off the bed. The front desk staff needs customer service training. There were kids running in and out behind the check in desk into the employees room. A staff employee was having an argument on her phone using the worst profanity words on her phone at the front door very unprofessional. Staff smoking at the entrance. Breakfast staff was not attentive to items that was missing on breakfast buffet. She was more concerned about eating her breakfast.
The area is convenient however there were numerous issues during my stay. The lights would randomly turn off and were never fixed. Maintenance entered my room while I had a do not disturb sign on the door without contacting me which is a huge safety issue. I was very patient with these issues however the worst of these is that I was not given a print out of my statement when I left and was told that it would be emailed. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for this and when I called to try to get it done the staff had me wait around for over an hour with no resolution or no work around and was rude and dismissive. I am not able to do expenses without this and have no idea what was billed.
