Not what we hoped. First sign was an actual sign saying they weren’t responsible for stolen goods. TV wasn’t working and rugs are just gross. Pool is very noisy if someone is looking for piece and quiet. One cool thing was the manager flying around on an electric scooter! Now that can be efficient! We won’t go there again.

After reading some mixed reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Clover Hotel. It was obvious that they made improvements that were necessary. No negative things to mention. I would recommend for a good value hotel.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff members are nice and very helpful. Loved the pub right in the building so that we didn’t have to go back out after a long day of driving. The breakfast selections were great and replenished when needed. Plus plenty of seating. Definitely recommend. Oh, and two pools, one outside, one inside.

We stayed here just one night on our roadtrip. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was really spacious and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everyhting was really clean. I also had a chance to use the nice, good size indoor pool. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and food in a very enjoyable bar inside the hotel complex. The breakfast was good.

I didn’t see the bad reviews when I booked then I saw them (concerning bed bugs) I asked the young lady at the front desk, she told me if I anything to let her know and I sure enough did. She was very nice and understanding and I got a refund. This is not a place you would like to stay in!

Check-in was fine, location is good. Rooms were clean enough, but nothing outstanding. The box-springs under our beds had not been cleaned in a long time. Free breakfast in the morning was great, but some lunatic hotel guest at the breakfast stole food from us and then yelled and swore at my family when I asked him to stop. That was interesting. This was not the hotel's fault, but the fact that he waited until we had finished our meal and then followed us out of the breakfast room in an attempt to try and intimidate us soured the experience a little. The older woman working there walked out with us and she said the front desk was monitoring on cameras while it all happened (a positive sign of a quick response), but it was still just me, an old lady, my wife and small children and that nutcase in the hallway leaving the breakfast. Luckily, he was all bark and no bite.
